Among the most rewarding dining experiences are unexpected pairings of foods 🍽️ and drinks🍹 This was the goal of our second reception event promoted as the Great Discovery Campaign Office for the United Kingdom 🇬🇧🌟🇬🇧

Concept Design directed the publicity and recruitment of media & influencers to join us for an exclusive occasion, following the exceptionally busy week of Foodex, at the Ambassador’s Residence 🌳 in Ichibancho, Chiyoda 🏫A unique set of sakura-themed bento lunch boxes was prepared highlighting the 4 Nations of Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England 🐟 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🥃 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🧀 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

These were combined with a definitive twist to match those gourmet ingredients with the accents of fresh produce and sublime seasonings from Japan 🌶️🫚🌸

Attendees were also able to partake in a series of original cocktails — with the gin & whisky of Scotland, along with the sparkling wines of England — prepared by one of the most notable international mixologists in Tokyo #Albion #Cymru #Blighty #Emerald #Caledonia 🍾🍸🥃

Continuing to challenge the common assumptions of cuisine from the UK is the foremost goal of this ongoing campaign. Another noteworthy gathering of people, delicious foods and magnificent refreshments bringing amazing connections and conversations 🎯🥂🎉
